Our educational programs include scholarship opportunities, academic tutoring, and workshops on various subjects ranging from basic literacy to advanced professional skills. We also offer resources for navigating educational institutions and advocating for inclusive policies.

Employment

Goal: To facilitate meaningful employment opportunities and career advancement for transgender individuals.

Employment is a critical aspect of economic stability and personal fulfillment. Our employment services encompass job search assistance, resume building, interview preparation, and connections to inclusive employers. We also offer career counseling and mentorship programs to help individuals achieve their professional goals.

Health Care

Goal: To ensure access to comprehensive and affirming health care services for transgender individuals.

Health care is a fundamental right, and we are dedicated to providing information and resources to access gender-affirming and general health care services. We work with a network of knowledgeable and supportive healthcare providers to offer services ranging from mental health support to hormone therapy and surgical procedures.

Entrepreneurship

Goal: To support transgender individuals in starting and growing their own businesses.

Entrepreneurship provides a pathway to financial independence and self-empowerment. We offer business development workshops, financial planning resources, and networking opportunities to aspiring transgender entrepreneurs. Our goal is to foster a supportive community where innovative ideas can flourish.

Legal Support and Legal Literacy

Goal: To provide legal assistance and promote understanding of legal rights within the transgender community.

Navigating legal systems can be challenging, especially when facing discrimination or lack of understanding. Our legal support services include free consultations, assistance with legal name and gender marker changes, and advocacy for transgender rights. We also offer educational resources to help individuals understand their legal rights and how to protect them.

Transgender Culture and Heritage Protection

Goal: To preserve and celebrate the rich cultural heritage and history of the transgender community.

Transgender culture and history are vital components of our community’s identity. We are committed to documenting, preserving, and sharing the stories and achievements of transgender individuals. Our cultural programs include events, exhibitions, and educational materials that highlight the contributions and resilience of the transgender community throughout history.
