• TRC has conducted training & seminars at various educational and industrial forums such as schools, colleges, various government & non-government institutions.
• Priyababu, Ms. MahalakshmiRaghavan& Ms. Shalini represented TRC on diverse topics such as Life-skill Training, Transgender in Tamil Cinema, Transgender in Tamil Literature, and Transgender in English Literature, etc.

• TRC has conducted many awareness programs on transgender in various educational institutions and through the program, we met more than 12,000 students so far interacted with them.

• Seminars and Training Programs have created favorable change in the perception of the community in the eyes of the public and thinned the communication gap between the community and the public.
• Many college students started taking up Transgender studies for their research work and also colleges started to support such initiatives.
• MOU has been signed between TRC and the Department of Social Work, MannarThirumalaiNaicker College, Madurai for 3 years.
• American College, Madurai acknowledged their support for aiding higher education for transgender students. Besides, the college has also joined hands with TRC for Trans Film Awards 2018.
